The lobby features a three-story atrium, containing a 24-hour international restaurant and a grand staircase that leads to the main dining area, where there are Japanese and Chinese restaurants, and a cocktail bar. Recreational facilities include a fitness center, sauna, spa bath, steam room, and traditional massage rooms; there is also a KTV karaoke room. A range of conference/function rooms and a business center are provided to cater for business requirements. Further on-site facilities include a gift shop, beauty services, a hair salon, and a travel agent.

Secretarial services include word processing in English and Chinese at a rate of CNY60–70 (US$7–$9) per page, photocopying for CNY2 (US$0.25) per page, and faxing for CNY5 (US$0.70) per page. Conference/function room(s): There are nine conference and function rooms, including two ballrooms, on the third floor. These can accommodate from 35 people in the Meeting Room, to 550 people in the Grand Ballroom. The two largest rooms can be subdivided into three sections each. An executive boardroom can seat 10 people in ergonomic chairs. Available in the function rooms are data-ports, ISDN and IDD telephone lines, up-to-date audio-visual equipment, and simultaneous translation services.
